The City of Buffalo is currently experiencing intermittent difficulties confirming receipt of payment from our credit card processor. If you have made a payment, but it is not reflected on the DynamicPortal website (i.e. your permit or license was not issued), PLEASE DO NOT PAY AGAIN. Your current payment will be processed on or before the following business day.
For assistance, please call (716) 851-4884 (Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm).Announcement: When cashing out, you will now be redirected to the City of Buffalo's Point & Pay web payment processor. Once your fees are paid, you will be brought back to the Dynamic Portal website.
What you can do on this website:
- Apply for a Repair, Electrical, Plumbing, or Heating permit that does not require plans
- Apply for a Business License
- Look up and pay Rental Registration and Multiple Housing fees
